Question:
Do Medicare+Choice programs enforce the therapy cap or require signed MD certifications and recertifications just like the traditional Medicare B insurance? Do FI or Carries play any role in ensuring compliance with providers for these patients, and are there LCDs applicable to Medicare+Choice patients?
