Question:
Where can I find information on Prompt Pay regulations in NJ? I ask because we just received two payments in the mail from Cigna Insurance with check dates of 11/30/05 & 12/2/05. Obviously, they have held back these checks, which is a violation of the law in NJ, and I don’t know how or where to file a complaint.
